Inneneinband mit Resten eines Exlibris. Vorsatz, Titel und S. 271 gestempelt. Sonst innen sehr sauber und gut erhalten. Mit Beiträgen von Jos. Collins, H. R. Müller, W. A. Holden, S. Naccarati, G. J. Wright, J. L. Joughin, E. G. Zabriskie, C. Burns Craig, W. C. Haupt, H. W. Miller, E. W. Applebe und Charles A. Elsberg (1871-1948), dem ‚American pioneer in neurosurgery‘, (who) made valuable contributions to the surgery of the spinal cord’ (Garrison/Morton 4910). Er ist mit dem kurzen Beitrag ‚Recent methods for recognition of the different types of hydrocephalus, with demonstration of a patient with hydrocephalus due to hypersecretion‘ (S. 237-41) vertreten. – J. Collins gründete 1909 das Neurological Institute in New York, feste Mitglieder waren u.a. die o.g. Autoren Charles Elsberg und Edwin Zabrisk(i)e.
